I think it would be a mix of both. There’s people who are indeed very energy draining, and sometimes we give too much of it without even noticing. Try to focus on yourself when you feel that you’re out of energy, and take the rest of that you need. Take care Cecilia!

It can be very frustrating when other people don’t have faith in you, but you’ve pointed out the important thing in the matter: you trust in yourself and know you are capable of achieving your goals.
