I would keep working hard but remember it’s OK to take breaks, to rest and relax when needed @little-angel-2, don’t be afraid to reach out for help and support when you need too, I’m sure you will find the right therapist for you, someone who will listen to you non-judgementally and who will offer solutions to overcome struggles, please know the BT community will always be here for you Rain and so will I, you will make it through difficult times and come out stronger Rain, try to keep going forward and stay upbeat, you can do it, feel free to inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)

I’m so sorry to hear you cannot acces to a therapist when you most need it Rain. Mental health should be a priority inside the healthcare system (even more during these times), but as usually, we are left on our own.
