I don’t know you stopped yourself then-and the force was strong gahh im terrible but how strong you are is up to you. You make your life, try to remember the big picture, the end result, which is overcoming this! I read somewhere that sometimes all you can do is just sit on your hands and wait for the moment to be over. Don’t go back to that mall, don’t bring cash, avoid that store or always bring a friend. Also identify why you believe you’ve gotten weaker-I’m betting your ignoring a problem in your life thats causing you to trigger. Not that it’ll be easy but because you need and deserve to get better. Stay strong-we love you Lauren
