I know its hard but you need to try and not self harm, there are alternatives. Try and show how strong you are and support your friend to cheer them up. Stay strong you are never alone!

I have tried to cheer them up but there is nothing I can do she usually cheers me up only her boyfriend can cheer her up and I really want to talk to my girlfriend but she is busy right now
