I love my friends and love to do things with them, but making plans just leaves me anxious.
Hello! Even though it may seem like that, I can assure you’re not the only one feeling that way. I’m also a very introverted person and every time i plan going out with one of my friends i end up having second guesses about it, leading to its cancellation. I really love going out and spending time with time and i deeply appreciate their invitations. However, for some reason, when the actual time comes i always make up some excuse and bury myself at home feeling miserable. Well, what I mean to say is that is okay to be na introvert, it’s okay to cancel plans with your friends. If they are really your friends they’ll stay with you and understand your actions. Don’t blame yourself for that, i believe that step by step you’ll get to overcome that feeling and be able to enjoy going out with your friends
