- Mood : Depressed
There is a lot to be said for the problems with a school district when its students are physically sickened by the idea of being there.
We all reach that point where we hit ”burnout” with any given task, and maintaining it can inspire a deep sense of dread in us, but an important point is that the cloistered life of school has benefits as well as pressures; there are support groups and support staff dedicated to helping struggling students. Reach out to your school administrators and let them know about your troubles, they will make what efforts they can to helping you. Ask about emotional support groups as well, if your school does not have one, then you can volunteer to create one. You can take what you know of your own pain and reach out to others who feel the same as yourself, and in so helping to bring them together, you may find some solace yourself.
Be strong, it will end trust me. I know it’s hard to go to school everyday, specially if you hate it, but trust me, things will get better. I’m not saying this just because, I really mean it. And btw obviously shooting yourself wouldn’t help at all..
You’ll be OK @kingamer, focus on working hard and getting things done Jak, don’t do anything to yourself, you will make it, hold your head up high and believe in yourself, I want to see you happy and living each day to the fullest, be the extraordinary and awesome person that you know you can be, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel Jak, message me anytime if you want to talk, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
