    Well I had a Monster today and shared it with three wonderful people… but when two out of the three don’t talk to me I feel lonely even though they are close/around me, so are other people. And everytime I’m alone i think of this quote, ’when I’m alone, I think. When I think, I remember. When I remember, I feel pain. When I feel pain, I cry. When I cry, I can’t stop.’ This relates so much to me its really sad. I hate being alone yet I don’t want to tell anyone . I feel like I’m the problem and i can’t help myself even though i tell myself i can and that I don’t need anyone else’s help and that you don’t need to worry or care about me. *sighs* I don’t know the purpose of life anymore…

      Please don’t feel down @kenzie0424, I want to see you truly smiling and being the fabulous individual that you are Kenzie, you will beat all your struggles and come out so much stronger, focus on all the things that bring you hope, courage and brightness, you will be OK and everything will work out, show the world how truly incredible you are Kenzie, you can do it hun, believe in yourself and keep going forward, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, feel free to message me anytime, my inbox is always open, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • Well, I wouldn’t like to leave you alone.
      I’ll tell you the same thing I tell myself when I’m feeling that way.
      First of all, you don’t need anyone to be happy but yourself. When you’re happy, there will be people willing to be with you in your life trip. If you depend on others for your happiness, you’ll never be.
      ”The onlone that will be with you forever, is yourself”, so you might treat that person really well and with full of love, smile everytime you see that person in the mirror :)

      Aaaand second, don’t let your overthinking finds you. You have to be busy all the time, focused doing what you like, so bad thinking can stay away of your head.
      I know this is really hard to apply, it take time, but is better to develop an habit of littlerituals to love yourself. Do exercise, read a lot, get time for your hobbies, try to be beter each time every day :)
      Sorry for writing so much, I got inspired :P
