Try to talk to your mother about things @justagxrl, tell her how you feel, get her to listen to you, try to make her see things from your point of view, how about family counselling?, maybe it will help both of you, you deserve to be treated with love and care by those closest to you, how about writing her a letter, telling her all your thoughts, I want the best for you hun, I’m sure things will be OK, keep going and don’t give up, I’m always here if you need someone to open up too, message me anytime, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
@Oli i understand where you’re coming from with that but sometimes with depression it doesn’t always get through to that person. but i do agree that you should go see a family counselor so you can both get the right help you both need and so you’re treated amazingly like you’re meant to @justagxrl. if you ever need anyone to talk about these sort of things @justagxrl don’t be afraid to come speak to me. i’ll be here for you no matter what. you can say anything to me, including things you think that might hurt me as i don’t mind that’s what i’m here for
Thank you so much. She doesn’t listen, sometimes she does like once a month or so. I don’t think I will ever get her to go to a family counselor with me. I just she would see that I’m a very different person than her.
