To be honest you look great already! Really!
But if you want to lose a bit I can give you some tips. Lost 25kg in 5 months myself. Of course you don’t need any extreme loss like that, there’d be none of you left haha

Don’t be harsh on yourself Brit. You are young and free. If you don’t like your destiny, shape it the way you want it to be! You can see it as scary but from the other side it’s exciting and adventurous! It doesn’t need to happen in a day, take little steps and see where life takes you!

Maybe it’s not what you seek but if I – as an internet stranger – could help I’d be pleased to do so. On here or skype (same name)… I know that awful feeling very well. It has been draining me for a long long time.
