seems the harder i try to eat healthy or attempt a diet 2 things happen my jaw takes a hit from all new foods or i lose my appetite completely

yes i tried shakes with no success they are too thick or too textured…..all the protien powders i tried are always grainy

bread, pasta, potato, cheese, drinkable yogurt, yogurt, strawberries, apple sauce, pears, mango, peas, carrots, beets, eggs and some fruit juice. can not chew any other veg or fruit they are too hard or textured. […]

well if i cut out or down carbs then there is not much left for me to eat due to physical mouth pain

are there nice dating sites for those with issues to get with non issue
