Sometimes things seem like they are going backwards, but that can be your body figuring out what to do, kinda like getting ready. Just keep up and keep going, you will get there.

Thank you @oli. My back is definitely hurting. I took some aleve about an hour ago now and it still hurts. Yikes… I will need to make an appointment sometime this week, for sure.

Do you want to ask the therapist too maybe?

This is gonna sound silly probably but I don’t want to make my therapist feel bad about cancelling our session. The reason for the anxiety attack last night was because I didn’t have my therapist to go to as we were scheduled and then everything just kind of hit me at once, my thoughts and feelings.

It’s part of their job to decide whether they should or shouldn’t feel guilty. Do you think hiding things from them will not just make it more awkward in the future? I think this is also some relevant information about your struggle that they would want to know. What would bother you more, if they felt super guilty, or if they would brush it off…[Read more]
