    totally stressed, ate a bunch of the halloween candy because i was craving something sweet and bad for my body and then i threw most of it up because i dont want that shit in my body. I walked for over an hour today and felt good. I need to tell my gradmother to hide the sweets and bad food for me so i don’t get so stressed and depressed and give in – cause throwing it up is bad and i feel shitty afterwards. anyway… i feel pathetic for this and totallly weak. Ugh. I can’t run away from these problems and my body justh as to react. I am unlinking my bank and blocking myself from buying stuff online = my final packages are coming soon and afterwards no more shopping and spending money.
