You are right @invincible, sometimes we need to let everything out, because bad memories and experiences can burn us from the inside. I usually wirte down what makes me feel sad/mad/frustrated/… That helps me to ease these bad feelings and to think more clearly and calmly. DO IT! That’s what I would say. There is nothing wrong with that. But just remember to vent it to someone who would possibly understand. Because what you are not expecting and what no one will tell you is that, venting out only works if you have a satisfactory response coming back to you. Otherwise, you could do that to a wall as well or like you said, write in a paper and burn it. It would make no difference.
If you really want this work then pick the person you want to share with ”carefully”. I would tell you to vent it to me but idk if I can be that person. That is only what you can choose. But know this that the world is filled with people who will extend their hand but only you can choose whose hand to hold.
My last advice would be for you to do exactly what you said you want to do. Vent out, things become simpler that way. And always remember ”You are not alone, as long as you know where to look.”
