You sound like you are relying on not eating rather than eating less, find a diet system that your body can take, and follow that. Moderation works better in the long term compared to speedy burn out due to extreme severity. @invincible
Please don’t be afraid. It’s important to have a diet and exercise. Try having 5 meals per day, every 3 hours.
2 big meals, for instance breakfast and dinner and 3 small meals.
