There is no such thing as false hope.

hey i know times seem hard, but things get better would you like to talk about it?
It’s just, everyone who knows that I’m diagnosed with this ”mental illness” keep telling me to take it ”one day at a time”, but they don’t know how taking it ”one day at a time” is already hard enough! I just want them to stop trying, because I’ve given up. And all I want now is just to be alone and end all of this.

Just because things don’t work the first time doesn’t mean they won’t work the second time either. It might help you, but you have to be open for it. Getting help is a good thing. Your parents care about you. They just want to do their best to help you.
I know this is an answer based off of what I just wrote. And I’m sorry to be cliche, but you don’t understand what the situation is.
