    @iloganwilliams Yeah, although the concept of punishment is tricky, facing responsibility and intervention yes, definitely. Like you say, we can imagine cases like that in the children age range.

    @iloganwilliams While on the legal side things might be blurry (or not, since minors get sentenced all the time, or end on the sexual offenders registry) I think they can. It’s also for the victim to define their experience of abuse, not other people.
