thanks for your opinion on the matter. I feel a bit better knowing someone else agrees with me. although most children are innocent and act mostly on curiosity, I also believe there are a handful of children who know exactly what they are doing and should be punished for their actions. @rinseandrep
@iloganwilliams Yeah, although the concept of punishment is tricky, facing responsibility and intervention yes, definitely. Like you say, we can imagine cases like that in the children age range.
