Haha yeah I used to have horrible insomnia but it’s gotten a bit better, it’s just I can never keep a consistent sleeping pattern >.<
Yeah that happens to me as well >.< My insomnia was at it's worst like in 2010ish but nowadays I can manage it a little better. You just have to keep active or busy throughout your day so that you're exhausted or at least tired enough by night
Well yeah exercise is the best option, but I’m the same it’s hard to stay motivated anyway with depression and all. But, other things like cleaning around the house or just doing something where you’re not sitting 24/7 and mental stimulation exhausts me too.
You have to make yourself do something then Get up and do 100 jumping jacks lol xD
Mental stimulation can be anything but for me just overthinking things can tire me out haha >.<
