Never had a dislocation. How bad does it hurt? on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being bearable and 2 being **** *** ******* **** ******

Your arm bone pops out of the socket I would compare it to breaking a bone. 8.

Try to get some distraction so you don’t think about it too much. Is there anyone you can spend some time with? Maybe you can hang out with someone and get your thoughts off of things.
