    Anybody have any alternatives for self harm? I relapsed again…

    • Try to focous on things that makes you happy. Make that your escape from the reality and from the pain. Creat your own world with your hobbys and ”run away” there. It can be anything , watching tv, eating (ice cream! :3 ) , reading, writing, drawing, jogging, idk, anything that makes you go away for the bad thoughts and negativity in your life. Also, if you can, try to surround yourself with positive thoughts and positive people in your life.

      Try to do things that make you feel good and that put a smile on your face @fyrebird, focus on all the positive and wonderful things in your life, I want to see you truly happy and enjoying each day, hold your head up high and keep being the extraordinary individual that you are, you can do it, believe in yourself, keep going and never give up, there is always hope, message me anytime if you want, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)
