I know for a fact that God is aware of me and knows me. We were predicted to have a horribly cold winter this year and its hardly been chilly. The only thing keeping me from cutting my wrists is that I know that it’s too warm for long sleeves. It’s no accident that my worst days are the warmest because I know that my wrists would have way more lines on them if I knew I could hide them. And for this I am very thankful and oddly mad because, while this has reduced the cuts on my wrists, my thighs are covered now. Its not as bad and they aren’t as severe, so I haven’t been able to stop, but at least the physical pain is being reduced.
