I’d certainly encourage having a dream journal if you’re the type that believes in dream interpretation or if you have really good dreams. I personally don’t keep one, but I remember the best and worst dreams of mine. I once had a dream I was injured in the neighborhood I lived in as a child (except I was grown up) and the only person I could find was in the backyard of the house I used to live in. I don’t think I’ve ever met her before, though. Spooky!
Do share or write down what happened in your dreams @flameaura, hope you have dreams that make you feel wonderful and give you a sense of hope and inspiration, and make you ready to take on the world with positivity when you wake up, everything will be OK, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
Yes I try to as often as I can!I post most of them online dreamjournal . net
Oh wow, sounds pretty scary even as an adult! If you’re into dream interpretation, you should read it up and see what’s the dream’s symbolism.
Oh cool, I didn’t know there’s a portal for dream journaling! Will check it out.
