I’d certainly encourage having a dream journal if you’re the type that believes in dream interpretation or if you have really good dreams. I personally don’t keep one, but I remember the best and worst dreams of mine. I once had a dream I was injured in the neighborhood I lived in as a child (except I was grown up) and the only person I could find was in the backyard of the house I used to live in. I don’t think I’ve ever met her before, though. Spooky!
