It’s not easy to keep your calorie counts up and giving up seems so easy, but you can do this. It takes time, patience and effort, but you can do this. You will be able to eat normal and someday it’ll go by itself. After a while your system will accept it and it will get easier. Fasting is definitely not the way to go. Your health is very important.
