I'm currently pursuing a degree in psychology and working part time as a self-defense instructor. I've been in the army for 2 years and while i haven't seen much real combat i did come across some people who weren't fortunate enough to live a 'normal' life. They've witnessed and in some cases even went through some scarring experiences. While i never really got any answers as to how they could recover i did learn a lot about how one can fight back against depressive spirals that seem to just come and go all the time. I'm here just because i realized there are a lot more people around the world who are unfortunate just like the people i've met and i want to do what i can to make their lives a little better. Feel free to reach out to me about anything. I'll help you with whatever i can or at the very least try to not let you go through it alone.
