16 Feb 2020. I remember feeling frustrated several months ago because of all the pills I had to take each day. It felt so complicated and it all seemed pointless. All this stress and planning only to still feel awful most of the time. But I feel I feel encouraged now in the thought that it might actually be making a difference. It’s been a good couple of months, and I’m grateful for that.
