That definitely sounds like a server issue. When the servers are down and you can’t connect to them, there’s no ”X Venters on hold” or ”X Listeners on hold” at the top, there’s a red dot with ”error” at the bottom-left, and sometimes the report page shows up even when you’ve JUST opened the chat. Until the moderators get the servers up again, there’s nothing you can do.

So frustrating!
