About Me	Hey everyone, my name's Charles but you can call me Chuck. I came across this site once when I was feeling helpless, but I found that by being a listener, it made me feel better so I decided to join. I'm in my early 30's and am a compassionate listener who will let you be in charge. If you just want me to listen and talk, I'll do that. If you want advice or strategy, I'll give you that. My goal is to console and empower and not to push or scold. I have experience in talking about love and relationships, childhood trauma and abuse, depression, self-defeating behaviors, and addiction. Whether your problem is short- or long-term, I believe that everyone is capable of change, but that change comes from within, and with a little outside help, it comes about quicker and more fruitfully. I talk just as easily to men as to women, but I feel I can be most helpful to those younger than me as I've probably gone through your experience.
