    I’ve finally figured out what the awful feeling in my chest is. I think it’s anxiety chest pain.

    • I get that, it could very much be that. I’m sorry you are experiencing that, whenever you feel it, try to find distractions that you can surround yourself with and look for ways to calm any potential anxiety. Chest-related things could be various non-serious things, try to see when it occurs and for how long.
