Thanks. I’ve just been extremely busy recently and some things are going on in my life right now that I wish weren’t happening. Trying not to let it bother me but I think I’ve only buried my feelings, which isn’t good.
Late nights are the worst kind, there’s no distractions from crappy stuff. I recommend the 4,7,8 breathing exercise if you can’t get to sleep. (I think that’s what it’s called) You fall sleep in seconds if you do it right.
