We all struggle in our own way, but some people are like a black hole of negativity. Rising above it is all you can do and it sounds like you’ve managed to find a positive experience from your Christmas expedition. We just have to hope they find their own peace this festive season! =]

When I felt the Christmas spirit again for the first time in years, I could’ve cried, I was so happy! That joy is something precious. So don’t let anyone’s attitude take it from you! (:

@devilndisguise I guess they have their own good reasons, either because they are depressed, or have a good reason to dislike this time of the year/this custom. But yeah, if you don’t want to ask them about their problems or anyway being exposed to their negativity, it’s cool to leave the conversation and have none of it.
