It’s been a week since the incident happened, and I gotta say that everything played out the way I had it in my mind. My dad understands that her eldest daughter isn’t always available whenever he texts or calls her, but he’s still sometimes having tears in his eyes, but it’s better that way. I know the exact date of my dads trip, July 8th-July 22nd, and it sort of took me by surprise as to how long that’ll be. I’m very sorry if I over exaggerated a bit, but I thought it was a longer trip than what I thought. 2 weeks won’t be as bad, I guess…..

It’s been tough for me as well, some things didn’t go the way I wanted em to go, but there’s always a next time. There’s this thing called hope that i’ve been hanging onto from 3 days ago, and it’s been slipping away from me ever since because i’ve started to lose hope in what I can achieve during the summer. Some stuff just isn’t meant to be, sometimes you try your hardest to do one thing, but all together it falls apart in front of you and makes you feel like you’ve failed to witness something great, something you never thought would happen to you, something that’ll motivate you even more for what’s to come in the distant future. It’s not the brightest of times for me, but as @FadingEcho mentions to me ”just wait for tomorrow, it’ll get better”. Thank you @FadingEcho for sharing those words, it’s given me some hope these last couple of days.

    You’ll never walk alone
