Even if they’re not an official ’therapist’, it’s good to have pivotal ’mentors’ of sorts in our lives, to learn from and help us progress our life further along, it sounds like this person could count for that. Keep up the good vibes, @anxietyattack66

I noticed in your other post from this morning that you’re now feeling anxious. But try to come back from the conversation you had with this woman. Remember why it calmed you down. A good way to keep yourself in check is to just remind yourself of the reasons why you felt good in the first place.
