Sometimes spending time all by yourself it’s the best way to clear your mind and every bad feeling. I don’t know what happened, but hang in there Steve. Close your eres, take a deep breath, and keep your head uo. Believe in yourself, because you can get through it. If you need to talk about anything or vent, my inbox is open. Stay strong!
It’s OK to be alone sometimes, especially if you feel like you need it or are feeling down. I hope tomorrow will be better for you.

Nothing wrong with taking some time to be alone with yourself. Especially outside. If that’s what helps you clear your mind, there’s no harm in that. You aren’t doing anything wrong. Simply just clearing your head with what may work best.
