I hate having panic attacks especially in school. If you need help im here for you

I feel you a lot, many of the bad things about panic attacks is not knowing when they might come suddenly or when you know you’re going to get it. And it even lasts nearly an hour for me.

@theroyalpigeonbasically all the planning is me obsessing over my date (or whatever this is) on friday haha. Still incredibly nervous about it even though I’ve been hoping for this for a while now.

@laurendfritter it definitely gives my mind something to do when I’m bored, I think most of my budgeting/planning/designing happens when I’m stuck at work with nothing of any import to do haha.
