    its kind of complicated, I’ve been struggling with depression, self harm, eating disorders and a few more for years now, but I’m trying so hard to recover and the urges aren’t going away, thanks for your advice though :) I’ve been medicating and doing yoga for a few weeks and its helping

    • What’s the cause for all this?
      Self-harming is very useful, but it may leave permanent scars which will hurt you even more in the future, Screaming or doing a activity that drains all your energy also helps. You can try meditation too, but well I won’t say more since I don’t know what is causing you to feel like this, it would sound hypocrite.

    • Please try to focus on the things that make you smile and that make you feel good @alltimelowhowell, you don’t deserve to feel bad, you deserve to feel so happy and on top of the world, do something that makes you feel content, I’m sure things will work out, be positive and upbeat, don’t let anything get you down, always be the wonderful…[Read more]
