I’d really recommend talking to your physician about this, for a referral to a good therapist (if you aren’t already seeing one.) A CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) approach is terrific for managing anxiety and helping provide you with coping skills when faced with situations that send you into ”fight/flight/freeze” modes of anxiety. With some proactive therapy work, you can get back in control of your body responses and avoid situations like that again. Best to you!
