I can relate to that feeling. As you said, getting out of bed to face a new day is simply too much, and every little nuisance is a trigger to make it even worse. There’s no real point to any of this of course, but one thing’s for sure: these feelings come to an end. It takes time, patience, and a lot of effort, but they will fade away. Hang on and keep going on Echo, this situation won’t last forever.
