I’ve had an argument with my so called best friend and I feel good about it. I don’t usually but it feels great to tell her that I was gutted that she didn’t get me anything for my birthday after repeatedly saying she would, and have her telling me I’m selfish feels even better, because I know I’m right. I have the upper hand in all of this. The facts, the friends, the experience. It feels good, and for once it’s not me.
