    Hey! How do you manage your anger? Any pointers or suggestions?

    • I would take deep breathes and surround yourself with things that make you feel calm, relaxed and positive @karma, focus on things that bring a smile to your face and don’t let anger get you down, always be the awesome person that you are Karma, I would like to welcome you to BT, you have joined a compassionate, supportive and loving community where we all help each other, feel free to reach out to me or any of our kind members if you ever need to talk, inbox me anytime, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • I try to step away from the situation that is evoking my anger and try to breathe and think of things that would calm me down. I sometimes go for a walk or walk around to walk it off if its real bad and consuming. I try to ease it away sometimes as well by thinking of happy thoughts, listening to music really helps in the moment. In long-term just thinking about my actions and being aware of my anger can help me to control it a bit easier and have it be not so severe and maybe embarassing.
