I suffer with the same frustrations. Even people who are very close to me, people I love. Such as a my mother, and siblings. It is important to at least attempt to see the glass as half full. While they may be ignorant in their ways, they are saying things that TO THEM are in your best interest.

My best advice would be to take it with a grain of sugar, and acknowledge that they are not always right, hell, I know my family isn’t always right. Just let them project their own insecurities, and rest easy knowing that you are not the one in need of the change they call for.

I’m just afraid my anger will take over me. Like I become a toxic person somehow..
Has been extremly hard for me lately. But I’m trying to handle it.
