As you said is strange how to be fully focused and productive you’ll need all the time of the world, and just in a millisecond, the simplest thing can throwall of your work to waste. Try any activity that can be relaxing and that you enjoy, like drawing, listening to music, walking through the woods, take a long bath, etc., so you can be energized and calm to keep going. Anxiety can be a very powerful enemy, but you are stronger!
