I feel that way at times, like I’m just dreaming and my life doesn’t feel real. When that happens to me I try and go do something that makes it feel real. Like going into nature with a family member or a friend. Going to see some family you haven’t in a long time that will remind you of being a kid (: doing things that you like to do that you haven’t in a long time. You’re still you through all of this, you just gotta find yourself again. Hope you feel better<3

i understand you 100% !! I tell people about this feeling and they just look at me like im crazy. It’s so strange because (idk if this happens to you) but sometimes i’ll be just doing a normal thing and it’ll hit me, like ”holy crap i am real” and its such a strange feeling. Life doesnt feel like a real thing, and i just kind of live it day by day without really recognizing all of my actions or words. Its freaky asf. Honestly i think smoking mj and trying out some other stuff is what triggered it. But anyways, if you do any of that stuff, be careful man
