I know what I need is some stability and emotional control/consistency in my life, whether it’s through people, activities, goals, perspective, etc. I don’t know where to look, what to try, or how to obtain that feeling… help?

    • I think firstly, we must be thankful for what we have. For what we have achieved and we must be grateful for the person we are, the people who surround us and whatever little thing you have to be thankful for. I think being content with what he have and who we are gives us a firm base or it makes us stable. It makes us stable enough to achieve more. The best stability a person can get emotionally, is by being happy. So, I really hope you’re happy.

    • I’m sure you will find happiness @princepossum, everyone deserves to feel positive and wonderful about life, you do too Theodore, surround yourself with brightness, hope and love, smile and know so many special moments lie ahead for you, go forward with confidence and never give up, you can do it, I’m always here if you need to chat or vent, feel free to inbox me anytime, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • I think Natalie has some good advice. I might also suggest you explore information about discovering and developing your strengths. What are your answers to the questions ”What Inspires you?”, ”What do you enjoy doing?”, ”What do people say you are good at?”, ”What do you do that causes you to lose track of time?” – The answers to those questions can help you identify your strengths. While you may not be able to make a living at those thing(s), you should be pursuing them because of what they are to you – they help identify who you are.

    • @natalie-geroux @oliver @tanisha thanks you guys for all the suggestions, It’s hard to see what I have when I’m down, I try to do a lot of these things and it really does make a difference, I just need to make sure I don’t forget about them when I need to focus on them the most
