What is the ocean like? Would it cool you off? Could you just walk into the ocean? I would love to live near a beach someday. I would walk into the ocean if I was boiling, unless there were ice bergs in said ocean, then I would just goof around in the sand, and longingly look at the ocean. I would take a big beach umbrella so the sun wasn’t directly on me. And suntan lotion so I wouldn’t burn. And sunglasses so I would look cool. I mean, cooler than I already do. And one of those floaty mattresses so I could at least float on the water. Maybe a big one built for two or three.I could lay there with my cool shades on and the other two could paddle me around. Maybe one of them would hold my Gingerale for me while I napped, and the other would hold an umbrella over me so I could enjoy the cool breeze better. Yeah. That sounds like fun…
Yea, I figured that out. I guess 29 isn’t that hot for me since I am a sucker for summers at the beach. All the nice ice creams and chilled cocktails. And lazy days by the pool. Damn, I miss home.

If it is humid, it is hot. We have a dry heat on the prairies, not to be confused with dry heaves, which is definitely not hot.
