There’s not anything with chocolate especially dark chocolate which is surprisingly great for you. Everything is about limits. I know you’re not eating it by the pounds daily so it’s fine. There are some apps that you can get on your phone that you can use everyday and put what you are eating and drinking and it will tell you the calorie intake and all. (I believe there’s one call lose it) you’ll be fine but you need to know that dear. @marikofujimoto
@silent-radiance my problem is the opposite (maybe I didn’t write it well), I’ve been binging in sweets because I don’t eat enough fruit, vegetables, meat, etc. I only eat pasta, rice, chicken and that’s basically it. However today I started it to change already! I ate a bit of grilled meat, rice with tomato sauce and vegetables on the same. I also ate a banana for dessert and I already feel much better. Thank you for your advice though, will help me to keep track of what I eat
