Its quite funny how this works… Its more like, you are ’addicted’ BECAUSE you are sad. And then you are sad BECAUSE you are addicted, continuing the loop/cycle.
Sadness promotes addiction, addiction promotes sadness, and the loop continues.
Basically… addiction is a symptom. The best way to remove it, isn’t to remove the symptom itself, but to remove the cause of it. i.e sadness. Makes sense Alexander?
