Then you need to find professional help. I made the mistake of not going to someone and made a ton of stupid stupid decisions. There are many ways to find/get help, however, it can be a process to find the right help that clicks with you and your needs, but it is possible if you are willing to try. I really don’t think you’ll find it on this website that’s filled to the brim with 15 year olds

Do you think your therapist is helping at all? If not, I highly recommend finding a someone new. Why waste precious time on someone who isn’t helping you receive the results you want? But i completely understand how you are feeling. There was a point where I was going through a really, and I mean really, bad time in my life where I almost did not even have the energy to graduate high school. What helped me personally was change. I fought through my last three weeks of senior year and entered college which was my first big change. Whenever those feelings come back, I force myself to bring change into my life because it distracts me for a moment. While this isn’t a great option, or maybe not even a good one, it has helped me for the past 3 years. You have to find that thing that brings back that aspect of ”normal” into your life.

Please don’t let sadness and bad moments get you down @beyondsuicidal, look after yourself and focus on getting to a better place emotionally and mentally, fill your days with things that make you feel upbeat and positive, the negative thoughts will pass and you will come out so much more stronger, I’m sure great things will happen to you and you will be happy, remember to keep being the fantastic human-being that you are inside and out, you can do it, keep fighting and never give up, you are a survivor, believe in yourself, I’m always here if you need to chat or vent, you will never be alone (hugs)
