There isn’t anybody else in your head except you.

I know it sounds crazy, but I have never experienced this before for a sustained period. I’ve always felt like there are a bunch of people in my head running the show.

But there really isn’t anyone else. My consciousness is mine alone. No one else can ever experience it or come into my mind and manipulate it.
