Feeling really tired after stress of last few days. Put together a sort of sketchy action plan to get back into work, about a year I figure with support. Started packing to move. I’m feeling quite hopeful about the future and that better times are ahead. I can’t do much about my various diagnoses, but I can overcome that and hope I get a new psychiatrist eventually who can give a proper diagnosis. Whatever, I seem to be on the right meds so not really a problem. Slow progress, but encouraging.
