My head is beating like a stereo,

Full blast, on static like a distant radio,

The train of thought has crashed and burned

Obliterating everything that I’ve learned

So I’ll go back to a darker place,

My head flying at the speed of light through outer space

This ecstasy mixed with emptyness,

It’s all my fault, I must confess,

Just wanted to push it all away,

So my consciousness pushed away the day,

And brought in Twilight,

A darkness mixed with surreal shapes burning so bright

All my sanity’s been cast into the night,

Won’t put up a fight, I feel so right
